Let's talk honestly for a minute.
You've probably sent out dozens of applications by now. Tweaked your resume more times than you can count. Written those "I'm so passionate about your company" emails until your fingers hurt. And mostly, you've gotten silence or those formal rejection emails that all sound the same.
We get it. We really do. We just went through 1000+ internship applications from talented students like you, but we only have 2 slots to fill. That's the reality of being a startup with limited resources.
Getting an internship today is incredibly hard—not because you're not talented enough, but because the numbers are stacked against everyone. Having switched from being a student to industry professionals and now recruiters, we've gained quite some perspective on just how competitive this industry really is.
When we were in your shoes, we thought rejection meant we weren't good enough. Now that we're reviewing applications, we see brilliant candidates we have to turn away simply because we don't have enough spots. It's a numbers game that's painful on both sides.
And here's something else we've learned: landing an internship isn't a silver bullet either. You could be paid well but still not get enough exposure or meaningful work. We've been there ourselves and heard enough stories about students getting exploited for "free work," often doing the mundane tasks nobody else wants to do. A stipend doesn't guarantee growth.
We're opening up an apprenticeship program for up to 5 students who understand something important: sometimes learning the right skills is worth more than a small stipend. And yes, not everyone who applies will make it. Even in this process, we're maintaining that selectivity which defines the Oddmind Innovations to the core.
We're a highly exclusive team of product designers, engineers, consultants, and HR pros who've worked at top companies across India. We're the people building next-generation AI applications. Working with us isn't easy to get into - and that's by design.
Oh, and our average team age is 22 years. Yes, you read that right. We're young, but all your mentors will current industry professionals who know what they're doing.
We're also the people who:
