Our team is currently home to 8+ members sitting at a median age of twenty-two. Our mentorship protocol follows a “guided ownership” approach, we like to throw you into live projects from Day-1.
When you're working with tech so new to the planet that nobody really knows the rules yet, you get to throw out the handbook and just figure things out as you go. Our whole approach is built on trying stuff, failing fast, and diving deep into research because when you're this far ahead of the curve, educated guessing becomes an art form. Like having an ongoing conversation with the unknown, and sometimes it talks back.
